Anyone know if eBay is sending out 1099s for the 2025 tax year

they didnt send any last year omniscient

Seems they have been saying that for the last couple years then change the law at the end of the year

If you qualify for a 1099K you will receive it by January 31, 2006 - from ebay and if you qualify for a the IRS &/or State income tax filing(s) - some states have lower threshold than the ITS. Check with your state

I agree. The government has done that for sure. I think they are settled now for awhile.

You have to watch the threshold for your state as well as for the federal government. For 2026 the threshold is $20,000 and 200 transactions.
