I just created a new Paypal account for my business and have already changed all my listings to the new Paypal account. However, when paying for shipping labels, I get this error:
We're having trouble printing your label.
- We had problem getting PayPal payment authorization as the billing agreement was cancelled.
I already changed my automatic payment in ebay to the new Paypal account. I also went into my old Paypal account and cancelled the billing agreement from the "my preapproved payments". When I login into my new Paypal account, I can see that the new ones are active.
I am not sure what I am missing?? It appears to me that I linked everything to my new Paypal (which does have a bank account connected to it) but I can't print any shipping labels??
