My account was temporarily restricted & then permanently suspended after providing financial proof of purchase on the last orders I’ve completed.

eBay CS isn’t clarifying which exact policy was violated & gave me no warnings or insights on how to change my eBay behavior in order to not get suspended. I’m left with questions, to which they mention they’ll most likely not get back to me on, & I’ve already shipped out all items from my last four orders.

I’ve tried appealing alongside with submitting all info eBay wanted from me just to get suspended. I didn’t do anything wrong & was wondering if anyone knows if I can I get this escalated to a higher up.

Posting an excerpt from eBay email I got from eBay.

“We have completed an additional review of your account and show that your account was originally restricted because it was in violation of eBay policy and your behavior posed a risk to the eBay community.

Because of this, we have decided that your account will remain indefinitely restricted from selling. We have taken this action out of concern for the safety and integrity of the eBay Community. Due to eBay policy, we cannot provide you with more specific information.”

They think you were selling fake Nike Airforce 1's and fake google controllers, etc.

You sent them everything proving where you bought them from a legit source, correct?

I’ve sent them a screenshot of the order confirmation email on the Google Stadia. I’ve had past successful orders on the the Google stadia so that should show they’re all legit. For the AF1 sneaker sale, I accidentally shipped out the wrong shoe & I don’t have a receipt as a proof of purchase for that sneaker. All I have is the transaction date & amount from my bank.
