I was new to ebay and started selling on this platform, I was doing dropshipping according to ebays rules, had a warehouse contract and in case it didnt work out with the warehouse I have sent the items myself.
Then I got restricted because of this ebay wanted me to provide invoices, which I sent them from prior orders, then they claimed they wanted me to provide invoices from all items, which I said I cannot provide because I am dropshipping. In the end it ended up with a suspended account because of my handling time. At the very beginning I admit I did it wrong, I had a handling time of one day which I have changed after my first order to 7 days. They claimed this would not satisfy customers - well I have 5 positive reviews and customers messaging me they want to give feedback but they couldnt because of this restriction.
This happened in Germany it was always the same person who spoke the last word.
Did anyone experience something similar in the States? If yes is it possible I can do anything against that or maybe just even change the person worked on this case.
