Sudden decrease in promoted listing impressions & sales

Hello!

So I have had consistent sales and impressions every day for over a month now on one or more of my listings, but yesterday and today I got pretty much 0 views and sales on all my promoted listings? I have been at the top of the search results with my best product for over a month and then now I cant even find it after going through 10s of pages?

Promoted listing % is also over the average. How do I fix this? Possible bug?

Perhaps someone else is paying more?

On the surface, that's what an increase in the going (average) rate and a sudden drop in sales suggests to me.

So you think if I up my promotion % it will get better?

I don't know, but if it were me, this is where I would start looking for info.

 But this still dosent explain the decrease in all the other promoted items I have, as they also got quite a lot of views until the day it all stopped?

I could only guess. From your graph, it could be that all paid listings declined, or some declined after the first half of the month while others continued doing well. There's no way to tell from those aggregated numbers. It does appear that at the end of the month, more and more did not do any better than regular search to the point of being almost equal. I don't used paid listings, so I can't advise you where to look to figure out exactly what's going on.
