Submitting listings function not working.

Submitting listings is not working after making changes. It happened twice today, once for just one listing and again with 20 bulk change listings.

Happened to me to its a global glitch, when you try to change auction to BIN you can't submit the listings on ebay.com or ebay.UK. Report to ebay the more who report means they have to fix it.

I am trying to bulk change fixed price items to auction.  It lets me bring the items in and make changes, but when I submit, it just hangs there forever and never submits.  It's not my browser, it's Ebay.  I've done this at least 10,000,000 times (25 year seller here).
