Categories not showing on listings

Anyone have any suggestions as to why the categories an item is listed in is not showing when I view an item. Sometimes I look at how others have an item listed to help me with how to list mine. This just recently disappeared. Thanks.

They are now relying more and more on AI and its failing. Example, I had 14 shipping defects do to a hospital stay (that is one of the valid reasons on the appeals section). All 14 appeals that took me 30 minutes to submit was DENIED in 10 min by AI....
