Subject: Request for Account Reinstatement
Dear eBay Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a review and reinstatement of my eBay account, which has recently been restricted due to not Paid Ebay Fees. so now i paid all Fees. so i request to you please reinstatement my ebay seller account...
Firstly, I want to express my understanding of eBay’s commitment to maintaining a safe and reliable marketplace for buyers and sellers alike. I take full responsibility for any issues that may have contributed to this restriction. However, I am committed to making the necessary improvements to meet eBay's performance standards.
I have thoroughly reviewed my Seller Dashboard and identified areas of concern. I am taking immediate steps to resolve any pending issues, such as:
Resolving disputes: I am actively addressing any unresolved buyer concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
Improving fulfillment: I am refining my processes to ensure timely shipping and accurate listing descriptions.
Enhancing communication: I will ensure more effective communication with buyers to prevent misunderstandings and address concerns swiftly.
I value my relationship with eBay and the community, and I am fully committed to improving my performance. With your guidance, I am confident that I can meet eBay’s standards going forward.
I kindly request that you reconsider the restrictions on my account and allow me an opportunity to demonstrate these improvements. I am willing to work closely with your team to ensure that my account aligns with eBay's expectations.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your positive response and am eager to continue contributing positively to the eBay community.
Sincerely,
Your ebay trusted seller

This is a public peer forum, not eBay customer service. You need to refer to the emails eBay sent.
If it's a permanent suspension eBay is not likely to reverse it. If it's a temporary suspension there should be instructions in the email on what to do.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
