I can no longer appeal.
Please help, I don't know what the solution is.
I entered the wrong tracking number by mistake.
That's why I couldn't correct this afterwards.
I started looking for the package sent by Hungarian Post.
I received the answer from Magyar Posta,
that the package has been delivered and received.
The Buyer claimed that he did not receive the package.
I had to refund the purchase amount to the buyer.
I have an original package posting certificate
and a photo of the package.
