Don't get carried away with your imagination working overtime. It is highly unlikely the delivery driver had anything to do with anything.
I'm not sure why you are "discouraged". It typically takes some time to learn how to sell on this site.
Why do you care if a buyer that paid for an item from you turns around and sells it either here or elsewhere for more money? You sold it for the price you were asking. But how could they list your product you sold them if they never received it? I'm at a loss to understand that.
I'm honestly not quite sure of what to make of your situation. It doesn't appear that the buyer has filed a claim against you from what you said. Is that correct?

Sounds like op is saying that the item that he sold to the person was never delivered. "never gets delivered false".
Wondering if op had to refund the item in question for item being undelivered only to find that same item up for sale on the buyer's side.
That's what it sounds like to me.
IDK, I must admit I'm pretty confused. The OP also says "he has it listed on his page", so if they are trying to sell it one would think they have it. But I have more questions on this one than I have answers.
