Strange new message after revision of a listing

This message appear :

"There was a problem adding volume pricing to your listing. You can try again by going to Promotions manager."

What does that mean?

I'm not doing anything different, in fact I've just revised an item

Do you have any multi variation listings where you tried to add volume pricing - ex. Buy 2 save 10%? I know that I can't always promote my listing and get the same message. It's been glitchy for a few weeks now and was supposedly fixed - at least that's what tech told the Community Team - but it's still happening.

I've seen indications that this is a glitch; sorry you are having problems.  

You might want to post this on the Tech Issued Board under Inside Ebay as Ebay employees monitor that Board.

The only thing I did was revise one of my listing by changing the postal price, I took one of the existing price in my list of postal prices

Yesterday it did the same thing when I revised a listing, simple edit, minor revision

I'll do more tonight , see if it happens again

I'm getting this too - I used a previous listing to create a new one.
