Store page not showing properly 5-19-18

Suddenly in the last few days (around 5-16-2018) my store page got bigger at the top so you have to scroll down to see any items and when you do there is only one featured items  Not a very good selling tool  

I waited a few days because I thought it might be a glitch but it still appears the same way 

Does anyone know what is going on or how to fix it?

My store is not displaying properly either. It is NOT displaying as how it’s setup using eBay’s template under Manage My Store / Display Settings / Theme and Display. It’s been setup the same way ever since I got my store, over three years. I’m aware that eBay is changing store display settings, but we were told that the current settings we were using would be imported. That has NOT happened.

Apparently we were lied to ... again. 😡

This morning - 4-19 - I cannot get the listings to come up.  all I get are "related links".  Wake up the lunitics~~~

Hi @modcall, it looks like the issues you have referenced have cleared up since posting. I'm not able to recreate them on my end, but definitely let me know if I am missing something and I will be happy to look into this for you.

OP isn't aware that ebay changed the store page display. If you click on OPs red door it takes you to the new nasty store display page....

Its a blue door icon now couple weeks ago it was red....

Just take a look at ANY of my listings. That is EXACTLY the way my store was formatted prior to eBay’s FAIL changes. The store was formatted using eBay’s supplied tools, the themes and logo sizes were as suggested in the tools, and font colors used FROM THE TOOLS ... no homegrown html was used at all. We were promised that if our store formatting was as per these supplied tools, the store would remain. Apparently, that was a bald face lie. All the formatting that is still supplied via The Tools is being ignored and the result is a cookie-cutter site that is NOT worth the Premium Store payment I make every month.
