Just wanted to share what I found fixed the error. Mind you, I use the store update all the time and already had added ebay as "allowed" to 3rd party cookies so they aren't blocked... I added it again and after that I went ass feature listings add... got a pop up from ebay verifying I am human with the picture capture verification. I did that and then it worked. I always allow cookies to entire domain for ebay using "[*.]" this way if any of their web domain pages change it should still work. Not sure why I had to do it this time but it worked 🤔
Inserting “[*.]” before a domain name creates an exception for the entire domain.
