I have a premium store but it would be beneficial to me to downgrade at least for the next several months as I build inventory up to 1000 items (I currently have around 400 items). However, my store renews in December. When I signed up for the premium store, I signed up with the agreement that I would receive the added benefit of free shipping supplies, which will no longer happen after the next coupon. eBay is changing their agreement with me, and I should be able to downgrade to a basic store on March 31 without the penalty I would incur because they changed their agreement after I renewed for a yearly subscription. Has this been addressed and if so, what is eBay's response?

Yes, eBay is allowing this with no penalty. Where to find the post, and specifics may take some time due to the recent board "enhancements" (which basically are nothing of the sort). I will look for you, and will post back if I find the info you need. There were "timelines" as to when the downgrade would be allowed.

I found this link for you. It is a post by ebay staff saying it will be allowed and the deadline. Unfortunately, there is no handy link for you to accomplish the task. Looks like you have to call customer service. Good luck.

I did not see that the free shipping supply coupon was being discontinued? Link please if anyone has it.
