Did you find any other way to resolve it?
I sold an expensive item, buyer claimed it doesn't seem genuine. Ebay told me I have to refund and didn't explain the difference between return and refund.
The only option on the app was a refund button which I did and now I have no item or the payment. Worse, I have no support from ebay or PayPal. Its an expensive item and the buyer doesn't reply.
I've sent a return label but she won't respond. Can I send police to her home or take her to court? Any advice? Its amazing how there's no support offered to the seller by ebay.
Inappropriate any ideas.
