Store Subcription is important to sell o ebay if i did not subscribe any offer i cannot reaceive any order any friend please help me

In order to get a store subscription it would be wise to have a store first.  Is Ebay denying your store subscription? 

You have no listings.  Has Ebay given you permission to sell yet? 

Did you sign up with Payoneer to be paid?  How can people buy anything from you with out a store or payment method?

I would advise you to stay away from Drop shipping.  Drop shipping is risky and it seems many from your community are becoming suspended due to inexperience.  Also, Do not drop ship from a retailer or you will get suspended pretty quick.

Sign up for the academy.   It can be helpful.

A store subscription is important to sellers who need the extra listings. Many, many sellers don't need a store.

As a new seller paying for a store will be a waste of fees.   All new sellers are subject to limits on how many items they can list until they build a feedback track record.  A store does not increase the limit.  You should start by selling low say under 25.00 items at first anyway.   No legit buyer will buy high value items from a new unproven seller.
