Store Categories are still being Displayed in Chinese

I wasn't aware individual members could submit a ticket. How does one go about doing that?

They are in English when I looked.

Try clearing your browsing and cache history.

   Not sure if this will help or not, but check the language settings on your browser. I use Firefox as my browser, and I can change the language settings pretty easily.

I have been having the same problem for a few weeks now, for the most part late at night. It's in Chinese for a few hours and comes back in English. It happens every day.

Submit a ticket = send them an email, or chat with them, that is the easier way to get their attention. They will put in an order to check out your problem.
