I've seen plenty of complaints from sellers about getting screwed by eBay & now I'm part of the list. Buyer wants a refund for something he never returned nor has proof it was even mailed but eBay sides with him & gives a full refund! Sellers ALWAYS must provide tracking. Why isn't it true for buyers??! Bull**** !!! My attitude as a seller just changed vastly. Going to use this site less. Give them less fees! Although, at 1 sale per day, can't use it less without making sure I get 0 sales a day!!!! Good luck to us all!

That is still not enough info. Sounds like you did not follow the standard return claim as a seller.

Not going to send him a label when he already mailed it. Although, I have no proof he did mail it.

There is your problem. I had a feeling the procedure was not followed. When that happens, you are correct the buyer is automatically in the right.
