Still Can`t Find The Setting Guys

Hi all, 

I had recently posted about where i can find the ( Require immediate payment with Buy It Now ) option in my listings because of constant fake bids or actual  Buy It Now sales that never see a payment. I cannot for the life of me find the option for that when i list. I have had a few members send me the link and info as well as eBay themselves but no matter what, i cannot see where this is. Does anyone have any insight as to why i cannot find this option ?

Hi,  Go to your active listing and click "edit" or "revise your listing".

Scroll down to "payment options" and check the box ( Require immediate payment with Buy It Now ).

Then go to "submit and save" at the bottom.

Right under where you put in the description, there is a section called selling detail.

The first thing there is a drop down menu make sure you have fixed price selected there . 

If you have anything else selected  the require immediate payment will not be available.

Look on the left side for payment options tic the box says require immediate payment with buy it now.

If you use the business policies, you can turn it on in your payment policy.

Hi,   thank you for replying but there is no payment options showing on my listing. so there is nothing for me to select.  I tried editing/revising my listing I tried to add a new listing and still no payment options are showing.    this is all i see

Just so you know the bold was unintentional so take it easy on that. The reason it came up bold was because i Copied And Pasted Require immediate payment with Buy It Now from an email from Etsy and that portion of their email was Default Bold. When i continued to type what i was typing, it continued to type in bold.

Hi, here is a screen shot using the app to list. You can find the Immediate Payment Required selection under the heading of “Preferences”. Be sure that Buy It Now is selected and not Auctions further up the page.

Hi, using the Advanced Listing tool sometimes called the Business Listing tool, you can find the IPR setting under Payment Options. See screen shot below.

If you still cannot find it, you may not be eligible to use this feature. See link below for more info.

Thank you for your help, i had tried all of what you had told me and still nothing. I had contacted support on the phone and after troubleshooting for an hour it was figured out. Eventually i ended up downloading Google Chrome because support thought that my browser ( Microsoft Edge )  may be an issue. I downloaded the Chrome browser and same thing. I had no option for the Buy It Now Immediate Payment and made sure that the auction was unchecked.  

Eventually they had be do a   Control + F command and it brought up a box in the top right of the screen. I typed in Immediate Payment and it automatically scrolled my screen down and gave me the option that was never there before. She had no idea what caused that but the next 3 listings gave me the option. The 4th and 5th i had to use the Control + F..??     Weird for sure but now i know what to do if i cant get that option.  Just wanted to ley you guys know that its all good now and to say Thanks for all of your help.
