eBay manipulating the "make offer" sometimes putting make offers on things that I do not want offers

I have a receiver on eBay that I want $2400.00 for, or offer. I am pretty sure I put $2000.00 as the minimum I would take. I just updated my listing and found that the minimum offer had been changed to $1200.00!!! I would have never put that amount, I might as well be giving it away!!

My question is, how did this get changed without contacting me?

I have found on my listings that somehow the make offer has been activated, when I do not want offers!!

It seems you at eBay just don't want customers!

I didn't have to watch my listings like a hawk, I could just enter my listings and not worry about it. I could  just wait until I was notified that it sold or needed to be relisted.

I have noticed that the "accept offers" option is selected automatically when I list items using the eBay app on my phone.  It never happens on my desktop computer when I sell on eBay via my browser.

If I list things for sale with the app, I then have to go back to the desktop computer to switch off the "accept offers" option.  I don't have time to reply to lots of offers, so I set my prices at something I'll be satisfied with, and that's the price.

Sorry I don't have a solution for you, other than to try browsing over to eBay's site instead of using their app for selling.
