Could we get an update on what is going on with this? I think it has been about 30 days since the launch.
1. Exactly how long do we have to complete the changeover from First Class to Ground Advantage?
2. If we do not meet the deadline (whatever it may be), what are the consequences?
As it now stands, my first class listings still show buyers "first class" but the dollar amount is the same as Ground Advantage, and, since I use ebay labels, ebay will print out the label as Ground Advantage. So, basically, this does not interfere with my business at all. Does ebay intend to treat "first class" differently at some point (presumably, after the deadline)?
3. Can you confirm that, other than suggest we use Business Policies or use shipscript's tool, ebay has no plans or tools to make this transition easier?

We have to update our listings?

You mean there could be consequences? Like things could get worse?

@714ricki Thanks for the tip. I have been updating listings for the last few days. I expect to be finished updating by the end of the weekend at the latest. So, I'm not overly concerned for myself. Given that there seem to be minimal consequences and no clearly defined time limit, I don't think I'm playing with fire at all.
However, I do know some sellers have been holding off in the hopes that ebay will eventually provide a fast way to make the changes. I think we should have answers to these questions, so we know exactly where ebay stands.. and that is why I addressed my questions to ebay's Community Team. Hopefully, we'll get a response.

I don't know what all the noise is about this. I've had no problems at all. I never changed any of my listings. They automatically changed and it was seamless. One of the best-handled changes Ebay ever made.
