I had a balance of around $8. I paid $15.
To keep fees balances low, I've started a habbit of paying the fees as soon as something sells.
Anyway, last night my account was green around $6. Positive balance.
Now today the balance is around $25, owed!
I've sold a few things and racked up no more than $5 in FVF's.

$57.99 + $3.79 ship on 8 Aug
$42.99 + $3.59 ship on 8 Aug
$143.97 + $7.38
$13.17 (9.15%)+ $0.73 (10%)= $13.90 in fees just today
NVM, I think the category you list in the FVF is less than 9.15%

why all of that?
to keep fees balance low? why.??????????????????
afraid you won't be able to pay it at the end of the month when an invoice comes and can be checked?
and even with your ide why not like twice a month, or same day weekly....why as soon as sells? and do you ever have to refund/returns and get fees back?....
maybe it's really not EBAY...it's your accounting process....try monthly and checking your sales records with the transactions on the invoice...HEY it's kinda like the old days when we had to balance/reconcile the check book....took a bit...but made you know what was going on each month

When is your store subscription payment due?
Is there a list of current charges? Is it possible that some of them were late in posting?

Only way to find out whether they are mischarging is to keep track of what you owe and the payments you make......
The invoice clearly shows what was billed.........so "whittled down for some reason" is pretty easy to figure out why......
