Soooooo....the new app update is just the new normal now?

For 2 months now the new and improved app has been a dumpster fire since the update. My question is is this just how it's going to be from now on?

Everyone hates this change and it's almost unusable. Why have they taken away all the features? Why is it so slow with every push of a button. Why the changes in the first place? Ebay has seen the backlash and we haven't heard a word. Why don't they just go back to the last version?

To do this right before the holidays is insanity. Ebay has to be losing money on this as a huge amount of sellers primarily use the app to list and now it hardly works. Please for the love of all things good and pure, FIX THIS!!

I know there are specific forums for this but this needs to be on the main discussion board as this is a massive issue that's not being addressed.

just like everything else........you will be aggravated if it concerns you....otherwise there will be little uproar.

Probably better to suggest people GO to the app pages and gripe there, since the specific team reads that, and they probably won't see generalized discussions on other boards.

You might want to list this on the Tech Issues Board if you want it fixed.  The Tech Issues Board is under inside Ebay and manned by Ebay employees.

You can also list it on the Mobile App Board.
