Sometimes it's not eBay's fault

After months of dealing with seller hub pages misaligned, search looking wonky and the frustration and repeated complaints about the Review And Pay page in eBay bulk shipping becoming so hugely horizontal after a site update that even with scrolling back and forth I could not see that entire page ..... my desktop computer gave up the ghost.

 

It was hand built by a CAD designer friend in 2002, ran at warp speed and had programs I'd never heard of let alone attempt to navigate. The monitor was the latest model in 2002. Yes, it was a huge boxy thing but offered twice the screen size as my previous one.  I loved them both and they served me well for 2 decades.

 

I chose a new Dell computer built right into the flat screen monitor with wireless keyboard and mouse.  Holy cow, this baby rocks!!  Instant on, no waiting for a computer in a box to boot up, silent running, fabulous colors and graphics. 

 

AND incredibly, most of my eBay view issues are gone!!  My seller hub pages are easy to read and navigate, search is looking a hundred times better, and (drumroll) the Review And Pay page in bulk shipping now fits perfectly across my screen, with space left over on each side.  I can actually see exactly what I'm paying for.

 

Lesson learned: sometimes outdated equipment is the reason or can contribute to less enjoyment of your eBay experience.

Its amazing what new computer equipment will do for you. Plus, you can use the new equipment as a business expense deduction on your tax paperwork for the year that you purchased the equipment. 🙏😎
