Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label?

trying to ship order to Canada via Ebay International Standard Delivery and getting the message "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate label" with no further explanation. 

There was recent thread that was closed with this same question and as far as I can tell there was no solutions or arounds.

I had the same issue. Was trying to ship package to Chile. Had to refund the buyer. (

Quite a few posts about this issue on the shipping board..

Maybe read through some of those for suggestions?  

The only work-a-round I can see is ship at the counter BUT I only ship within the US so perhaps somebody else will have an idea..
