Some one keeps stealing my listings and I don’t know what I should do about it

Hey everyone, recently I realized some seller keeps stealing listings off my page everyday they steal about a listing or two.

Heres some examples

252760754038 My listing

Other seller listing 273010174932

he has taken like half of my store already, won’t answer me. Any ideas of how I should handle this.

Thank you

I don't see any original information in your listing or your competitor's listing. Photos appear to be generic stock photos, available to anyone. You have no description at all -- except to claim "free shipping" when your listing clearly says $6.00 to my location. Your competitor has no description either, but undercuts your pricing slightly. Item Specifics are generic and applicable to any seller's listing for the same product. You have no valid complaint. Just a basic eBay catalog listing using data available to any seller. ~~C~~

Hi, sorry you are distressed.

From what i see between the two listings you mentioned, the copycat has sold 2 of the mens Levis and you have sold 399.  So i have to wonder, does he pose any kind of real threat to your business?

It is still in Ebay’s policies that members must get permission from the rights holder to publish another member’s text or images. https://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/image-text.html

The other poster questioned whether these are your proprietary photos and text? If they are your sole creative efforts, you can follow the instructions given in the Ebay policy to report the offense.

I wouldn't stress about it because you have much, much bigger problems.

You are getting lots of negatives for out of stock...when ebay figures out you've been gaming the system and sending wong cancel reasons your ebay days will be over forever.

Probably best to walk away from that user name and start over with some product stock you physically have on hand instead of drop shipping.
