Accidental return accepted

A buyer recieved an item that I sent, and part of it was broken.  It was 6 peices and 2 were broken.  She asked for a partial refund, which was acceptable to me.  However, while trying to figure out how to do this, I accidently accepted a return on the item.  Now I am not able to offer a refund or cancel the return.  What to do?  Thanks.

There isn't a "refund buyer now" option in the return?

Now I need more help!  I found the refund tab. But it did not give me an option of a partial refund, but only a full refund.  Now I have accidently refunded her in full!  I'm thinking just to leave it, since the item was shipped with priority mail and I should be able to get a full refund from the USPS?

I would probably send the buyer a message explaining things and a PP invoice of somewhere between 20 and 25 dollars.  If they pay, they pay.  If not, consider it a learning experience.

OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.
