When the buyer pays for the item, you are required to ship it.

I don't see Free Shipping on either of your Sold items (and none of your current listings either).
Where exactly are you seeing it? Has the buyer paid yet?
I see that sale was the result of accepting a Make Offer, but I don't see a way of accidentally cancelling your Shipping charge at the same time you accepted their offer (and they can't cancel it either; the worst they could do is try to make that a condition of their offer). Unfortunately, if the buyer was invoiced with Free Shipping and paid it, you do need to ship anyway, but it might help to reconstruct the sequence of events here.

I'm confused. I see $11.75 for shipping on your only sold item. And you're trying to change that to $14?

If it is the Dansko clogs I see $17.90 shipping. You can click the link to print shipping label and see what shows there. You will not be purchasing postage but you can see the cost etc.

Sometimes we hit buttons we dont mean to. We would go ahead and ship for free. If its in the listing they can hold you to it . They can cause trouble over it that you dont want. Best regards

Calculated shipping will show different rates to different users based on location.
@charlenbea7 Did the buyer pay yet? You may be seeing free shipping if the buyer has not yet paid.

Obviously calculated shipping. I see 10.15 to me.
Of course, if the buyer was looking on the app .... well, there are problems with that - and have been - regarding 'free shipping'.

You said it's showing free shipping, on the listing? Where are you seeing this? Why do others see a calculated shipping charge when looking at the sold listing? Is it the same on your invoice? Did the buyer pay yet?

If you're looking at the sale on your phone app, it often shows free even though there is shipping. As others have suggested, go to the order record and you should see your calculated shipping charge in addition to the offer price you accepted.

Yes, that has been a recurring issue on the app.
