Sold preorders. It says ship now past due?

I'm selling an action figure as a preorder.  Because I'm buying XXX amount I;ll be receiving a discount.  I've sold all of them with a profit of 200.00.  I've contacted all the buyers to let them know the item ships out in september.

Now, I see this on ebay notes: eBay note: Ship by Friday, Jul 14. Ship now—past due.

JIs that going to be a problem?

Here is the Ebay policy page on pre-sale items.  Selling items more than 30 days prior to the release date is a no-no.

Yes, it is.

You are going to have lots of problems with that listing because it shows Delivery:Estimated within 4-7 business days and the ad just says preorder not that they have to wait 2 months for shipping.

It will only be a problem for a short amount of time.

And then you won't be selling on ebay any more.
