Sold orders still appear on Active Listings for months.

ALL my sold orders do not get remove by the eBay system from my Active Listings page. This has been going on for over 8 months. Today, I got an inquiry from an Australian buyer about buying an item I sold last week! I've call eBay 3 times on this issue. They acknowledge is existence, but apparently can not fix it.

You show 128 items listed, and 17 sold past 90 days; is this accurate? Or are some of those 128 items actually sold? Can you give an item # for example?

It’s not an error & they are never going to fix it, they did it on purpose, you need to manually end an item or update quantity. It’s been happening for more than 8 months. It’s simple I end items all the time once they are out of stock.

Check to see if you have the out of stock feature turned on, if so turn it off.
