Yeah I have experienced this a lot more & more people just reading the
item specifics only at just looking at the first picture. Been dealing
with it for 3 years now. They should put the description in the item
specific to avoid issues.
It’s not an error & they are never going to fix it, they did it on
purpose, you need to manually end an item or update quantity. It’s been
happening for more than 8 months. It’s simple I end items all the time
once they are out of stock.
