I have accepted 2 offers, but can’t see items in sold area, items are  not paid for yet and still remain active status but payment pending…

That's the normal process now.  Offers are not binding until paid now, but the item remains unavailable.  I think it was an attempt to cut down on the impact of non-paying buyers on offers, but the implementation is lacking.  When the buyer pays, it'll move to Awaiting Shipment.  If they don't, the offer will eventually time out (I believe the default is 48 hours) and the item will remain up for sale.  If someone else purchases it at full price or makes another offer before the first buyer pays, whoever pays first gets the item.

Did you perhap accept COUNTER offers?  I ask because your settings are in place that require a buyer to put up a payment source in order to make an offer to you.  If you accepted an offer a buyer made to you (not a counter offer), the buyer should have been autobilled automatically and the product should have been paid for already.
