Sold items still Active

I have sold several single items that are still showing as active on ebay app and desktop.  I have called a few times and this last  time I was told to go in and delete.  I tried to do that and it wouldnt allow me to delete and referred me to message board.  l  Never had an issue like this and almost all items have been 1 single item.   Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone happen to know a fix?  Ive logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled app a few times.  Its been going on for almost a month.

Click on the listing and you should be able to hit "revise your item" and then end the listing. Then go to your unsold listings and delete it so that ebay doesn't list it again.

Yes, I have seen this happen before. It turned out that the seller had listed the items with the "Inventory" option, so that the listing would remain available, which can be quite useful if it's an item that you expect to be able to get more of soon.

When the item quantity goes to zero, the listing is hidden to buyers (but not to the seller) but is maintained by eBay for up to 3 months. You can revise it to increase the quantity to make the item available again. After that, if the quantity is still at zero, the listing will be ended. I believe you get a credit for insertion fees if it relists with quantity zero.

You can end the listing early if you don't want to maintain it in inventory.

You probably have the out of stock function enabled so your listings don't end when they sell out.  You can turn that off in site preferences- selling preferences.

I have the same problem now and have no idea how to remove it.

Got to site preferences and uncheck the Out of Stock Option.
