Sold item on payment not showing up

I have sold two items in the past two days and there is  no payment showing up. How do I  resolve this?

You are in Managed Payments, the funds will go directly to your bank account,it sometimes takes a few days.

In your Seller Hub Payments folder are the sales showing as "processing"?  If so that means the buyer paid but eBay's payment processor Adyen has not completed processing the payment so eBay has not yet sent it to your bank account.

If it is showing as completed, you will receive a message from eBay that your payment has been sent to your bank account.

It can take 2 to 4 days for the money to actually appear as posted to your bank account and not as pending to your bank account.

With MANAGED PAYMENTS money is deposited into your CHECKING ACCOUNT 3-5 days after sale. EBAY deducts shipping costs & EBAY fees (whatever is leftover deposited in your CHECKING ACCOUNT).

MP is completely different from PayPal. With MP deposits are (net amount after shipping & fees deducted). Sometimes one sale will get processed faster than another (possible to get PAYOUT for Wednesday sale BEFORE sale made on Monday). PAYOUT will also lump together sales from different days. Can be very unpredictable and confusing.

Because money no longer goes into your PayPal account....after you have been approved for MP you need to change SHIPPING LABELS and MONTHLY STATEMENT to Managed Payments. Next time you print label (go to bottom of page) and click on box to change to Managed Payments. You need to also change Monthly Statement to Managed Payments.
