Sold Item Awaiting Payment? To Ship or Not to Ship?

I've never come across this before. I sold an item yesterday and it shows in my sold list. It says ship by Friday Oct. 8. But I never received the usual email notification that I sold an item and on my "bell" notification is shows "sold-awaiting payment". Also shows the funds from the transaction in my account, ready to pay out tomorrow. Safe to ship the item? Is the payment still processing or just a glitch? Thank you for any help!

Look at the details in the Payments Tab of the Seller Hub to see if there has been a payment and what the status is. In the Orders tab is it showing as paid or awaiting payment?

There has been a few reports of missing notifications over the past few weeks and I had one myself.

Personally I would never rely on the"bell" for ANYTHING

Bell issues here too.  Check payments to see if it shows.  If it is under the awaiting shipment tab in seller hub, you are okay.

You should only ship when EBAY says "awaiting shipment".     Do NOT ship if  "awaiting payment" (sometimes requires you to "send invoice" so customer can pay) or somehow customer did NOT "complete transaction".

Hello,Funds from your transaction in your account means item has been paid,Ship ASAP so there is no delay

As long as you have funds in your account from transaction you are good to go

Some sellers wait for the actual payout,That is up to you

Study the payout guide lines a little more so you are very clear on these matters,It is very important you understand these issues for your own well being as a seller

Also go to your transaction details this will show your funds processing and when payout will be complete

If your order is "awaiting shipment"  ship right away because you have been paid.

I am still using My eBay, shows payment has been made and if ok to ship.
