So what’s up with ebay not taking PayPal payment?

So when I buy here I always use PayPal to pay. Tried to buy something today and it pops up they are having a problem choose another payment method. 

So I go into my PayPal account and everything is fine. No issues. Go back into the listing and now it won’t even display the pay with PayPal option. 

That seller just lost a sale. 

Anyone else see this?

I just had the same thing happen. Paypal was not even an option at my checkout screen.

I tried three times right before I posted. Hope it’s a glitch. But as I said, that seller I was going to buy from just lost a sale. 

makes me wonder if my customers are getting this.

As a buyer, I use paypal about once a week. 

No problems here.

Hi @the_fancy_fox 

I just looked at my personal listing page and noticed Paypal is no longer an option.  I see Gpay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.  I don't see Paypal.  Wish this would have been brought to our attention.

Why not just add and use your credit card/debit card/checking account on the eBay platform and skip using Pay-Pal? When I kept money in PP from sales, that was one thing, but now that I don't, don't see a reason to use it on this platform.

Same, PayPal no longer available. Hope it's just  a technical issue.
