It seems that customer support closes on the weekend....WTH? No answers to my questions this weekend.

I requested a call back yesterday about USPS labels and Scan sheets messing up ... they called me back in less than 20 minutes (even though the "wait time" shown was over an hour).
How are you contacting them?

Is your issue one that someone here could help resolve? There are some pretty savvy members who frequent these discussion boards . . . Maybe one of them could help you avoid customer service altogether--which is always a good thing!

Most customer service does. I'm dealing with customer service on two other websites right now and both of them are closed on the weekend.

What phone# did you use? I used the 1-800-540# and it timed me out. I also went to sellerhelp and there's no way to fill out a form for contact.
I just want to know when the Vero ban will be lifted, so I emailed Vero@ebay.com, and they're closed for the weekend.

If you were suspended for a Vero violation, the email you received should have said how long the suspension was for.

I never just call a number, I follow the prompts in the Help pages for whatever the issue is.
Search Help and Contact for "Vero"
follow the prompts until you get to the help page about suspensions ... scroll down to the bottom and click "Have us call you"
