You just need to list them. Depending on the price you are asking them may need to go through the authentication center. Search on current listings to get an idea of what to include in the listing.

Since you have an active Ebay account, I would list them for sale on your site. Take good pictures, compose a good description and be fair about the price, because there are LOTS of those on Ebay.
Also, accept returns if the transaction doesn't work out. Ebay has a Money Back Guarantee you need to honor. Didn't like them, not as described, etc. and avoid doing business with anyone who asks you "text them", send me your Paypal account so I can pay you and ship to a relative. Do not do business outside the Ebay platform or you are at risk of losing both the money and your items. You're a new seller, don't be another target.
Good luck.

Good luck to you. Don't forget that new sellers' funds will be held for a bit after the sale... Payments on hold | eBay

It really depends on the value of the sneakers. If they are of high value then, as a new seller, there is a very high chance of you getting scammed and losing out on both the sneakers and the money.

Did you sign up for managed payments and successfully attach your checking account? Did you give eBay your ssn and attach a debit or credit card for seller fees that aren't taken from your payout?
You must do that first.
