I had been doing rather well I thought selling on EBay since February. I had two or three sales a week which made me very happy. Two weeks ago, though it all just stopped. I have only gotten a couple of sales and only after I sent offers to the watchers. Is anyone else having a problem with slow sales right now? I'm getting very depressed.

It's BTS, my least fave 3-4 weeks of the year, historically my lowest sales every year, for IDK how long. Pay attention to @chapeau-noir post, your titles need a LOT of work, you are wasting a TON of valuable space. Your titles should be ALL keywords, no fluff. ONLY keywords. So before you put anything in the title, as yourself if anyone searches for it. No words like "pre owned" "good condition", "3/4 lgth sleeves", "white mop buttons", etc. Those are all wasted space. Look at her titles, look at my titles. Also, really important, size should be in the first 53 characters, b/c that's all that transfers to outside search engines. You already know that many of your brands are not popular (sorry) & you may want to consider a low limit. $4 or BO? Why bother? Cheap stuff attracts bottom feeders.
While I understand that you can only do what your time allows, respectfully, 1 new item a day is not nearly enough to keep the algorithm happy. Many aim for 5-10/day, lots of sellers do 100/day. I'm a slow lister, so I'll never do 100/day, but I'm just telling you so you know what your competition does.
In regards to your photos, they are mixed. Some are fine, others are dark, some are at too far a distance. You seem to get good results with that blue background. I would work on lightening up your photos, whether that be in pre or post-production.
Lastly, I personally see no issue with blocking of the buyers who don't have a payment method on file. 99% of my buyers who buy multiples, the sytem doesn't combine anyway & I do it manually by refunding the excess of my combined shipping rules. At least for my business, there is not even a slight impediment to keeping those switches on & in fact, I plan to use them while Ebay hopefully rolls it out to all buyers. FWIW, I have buy 3 & get FS and 75% of my customers who buy 3 or more can't even figure out how to use the Shopping Cart. It's just a non-issue & will save you trouble in the long run to keep those boxes checked. Your brands have an even older demo than mine, they don't know how to properly do combined shipping & frankly eBay does not make it easy & it doesn't work with Calc shipping anyway (I think that was the hold up, I can't remember, it's been years since I tried to make it work).

I do about 4-5 listings a day - that feels pretty minimum to me. When I was full time I did 10 listings a day.

@chapeau-noir Yeah, I shoot for 5 a day too. I know you're a slow lister too, but I didn't wanna say that cuz someone could think I was shading you 😉 I often skip days or don't get 'em done, but with my level of listings, I can skate by for awhile. OP can't really skate by as much with so few listings. I know you've lowered your number of listings too, but you have a long-term established clientele & repeats.
Also, right now, it isn't mattering even if I do the 5/day b/c I have been doing it & we're still stuck in the end of summer doldrums. I put up a bit of Fall, but with the 106 temps in ORD & MSP, I'm thinking I was premature.

It may feel that way to you, but take a look at your Sold list on the left of your listings.
You seem to have sold something almost every single day since May 28, sometimes two or three items. In the past 90 days the list shows 119 sales.
There are occasional single days skipped. It might be worth looking at a calendar to see if you have a particular day that is often no sales. For me it's Mondays . I do get occasional sales on Mondays but not as many as the other days of the week . OTOH Monday is a busy shipping day, since Canada Post isn't open on Saturdays.
I keep paper records because I am old and set in my ways, and one column is Date Shipped. I can run my finger down that column and see when there was nothing to ship.

Where the slow-down comes for me is having to move furniture to be able to take photos and then struggling to find places to store the stuff after it's listed. The listing itself doesn't take me long. I'm really cramped for space. When I was full time I had between 500 and 600 listings and it was overwhelming due simply to no room to store the stuff - I was so glad to finally be able to go to part-time.

I am in the same boat. Sales go good for a while and then dry up. Then they pick up again and dry up.
I have made up my mind when the current listings (NASCAR & railroad related) get near the time limit (within 1/2 hour) I will go in and not only end the listing but then delete those items. I am going to "assume" they will never sale.
Then there are several other items on my scheduled items list that will go live next month and when they get near to time out, I will also delete them.
Then I will list only odds and ends I find around the house and see how that goes.
I figure by the end of the year I will give up on e-bay. I also list on FB-M and having the same up's and downs.
The last several yard sales have been flops.
So I guess I will just give up trying to sell stuff.

Just wondering...
Why wouldn't you just keep those items listed if it doesn't cost you anything?
Eventually someone will buy it.

I am tired of what I feel like is wasting my time. Have listed and relisted these items around 18 months. I guess I am getting crabby in my old age.

Leaving them listed actually takes less effort than ending the listings.
But your decision.
Good luck to you.

@chapeau-noir My apologies, I thought you were one who admitted you were a slow lister. I do remember you talking about having to move furniture, etc. Ofc, that's cuz you live in a place with 1 month of sunshine LOL. I've been lucky enough that all my trips (many of them) to your general region have always been in September 😃

I'm the slow photographer. OMG, product shots, what pain!
August and September are the best, most reliable months to visit - I usually suggest September after Labor Day. But once when my bro' and his family came to visit over Christmas - it had been raining steadily for weeks before then and I thought "Oh man, it's going to wet and windy with probably another storm, they'll only be here for four days and it'll be a mess!" It rained right up until they arrived, we had beautiful weather for three days while they were here, and when they left, it started raining again. We were kidding them that they bring their weather with them.

Just wanted to update that I definitely think there was a glitch. I believe it was Thursday evening my store and sales went back to normal. It was almost a week of something weird going on. Did anyone else notice this or did eBay ever say what the issue was?
