Slow Sales

Hi, is anybody else experiencing slow sales this past week? With the new month, hopefully things pick up.

Yep, but I attribute some of it to spring break.  I put all of my selling IDs on time away, which always slows sales.  Plenty of buyers are also out.

Yes, this March compared to March 2021, we were down by $5000.  All of our items are Buy it now with best offer plus promoted.  Generally, sell 150 to 200 items a month.  March we sold 100.  

Inflation, gas prices, not being secure about the future with this administration has made a huge impact on expendable income.

March was the worst month I ever had & it closed out with 7 straight days of zero before getting 2 on the 31st.  April started out looking just as bleak.  Day 1 - $0.  Do not see anything positive happening in the near future, either.  All we can do is try.

Yes! The past week was the worst week in 10 years for me. The first 3 weeks of March were very good. Make it make sense.

If you start checking ebay down detector you will see they had many issue all wek.

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!

Some sellers had poor sales in March.

Some sellers has great sales in March.

Unbelievable!

How do you explain that?

is that really a thing? Never heard of it. 

You would think they would do the right thing for sellers such as a credit of some sort for not making possible sales due to issues at their end. 

March was down 60%+ for me compared to Jan. & Feb.

My sales have been incredibly average. Not bad, considering I've only listed two new items since the beginning of the year lol

Once again slow sales on the 20th to 23rd of the month, it is becoming a trend lately, always a 3-4 day loll mid month. Any ideas out there, stay safe and good luck.

Morning, must be that time of the month again, really slow sales the last 5 days, and views are down also, anybody else having a bad sales week? Have a great memorial weekend!!!

     It depends on if you are just talking about eBay sales or looking at a bigger picture. My eBay sales have dropped off considerably over the past several months but the other forums I sell on are holding pretty steady. A lot depends on what you are selling, competition and the buyers alternatives.
