eBay broke eBay, the search algorithms are messed up and across the board views are down. Less views = less sales.
Ignore the cheerleaders blaming it on external forces, and the attack dogs coming after you personally because they don't understand that some bad feedback is a part of volume selling. Some of these folks have no attachment to reality.
This is entirely on eBay from whatever they did in their last update.
