Since all of the help pages don't do what they are supposed to, does anyone have a way of contacting

Trying to void a shipping label, the instructions do not even come close to matching what options are available.  Anyone have any ideas how to cancel a shipping label? Ebay sure doesn't, this will be the last time I sell anything here.

If it was a USP S label   scroll down a bit on the following page you will see directions. on how to void a label. Which part is not matching what you see? I believe that you have to void it on Sellers Hub.

If it was a UPS or Fedex label they can't be voided but you aren't charged unless the label is used.

If you go to the page that shows all of your labels, there’s a drop-down list for each one. The option to void should be there.

Go to ORDERS, ALL ORDERS, SHIPPING LABELS (click on down-arrow and select "void shipping").

This is my best way of explaining it.

Go to make like you're going to print out  ANOTHER label, like you did the first time.

It should say "purchase another label".

When you do that, a warning will come up reminding you that you already purchased a label.

Click on "Manage shipping labels".

From there you can void the label.
