I just had a listing removed. They said my listing could be counterfeit or violating licensed items. The description was specific that it is a handmade item and no licensing was violated as no names or brands were placed on the handmade items.

Please do not relist until you get approval from eBay to do so, otherwise you could put your account in jeopardy.
Call Customer Support and see if they can assist you, if they cannot then I would reach out to eBay for business on Facebook and seek assistance

You can try. Would not relist until you get it sorted out.

Handmade does not mean you didn't use licensed materials to make it with; was there any logo on the item? What was the title of the listing.
When ebay takes something down, it is from one of their VERO members who state the issues and ebay has no choice but to remove. As others have stated, do not attempt to relist until resolved and approved by ebay.

Can you describe to us what the item was--in whatever level of detail is necessary for us to visualize it? Or post just the photo of the item you used in the listing?

copyrighted names as in type of object. brand names and so on..
Advice has been give that is good. Do not relist until you can straighten it out with ebay.
with out knowing what was pulled title and description we users can not even begin to see the why of such.

If this is a handmade item, you didn't use "inspired by" , etc to a named brand, correct?

They took down our Iodine stating the FDA had tested it and found that it had ingredients that weren't on the label. Like the FDA has time to test a tiny company like ours. I reached out to the support team and they were 0 help. They just said it was taken down because the FDA had tested it...etc. It's getting harder and harder to sell supplements online even though they are made her in the US in an FDA tested facility....

We listed an item eBay has already sold and is selling! However, they saw the word prescription and assumed (nobody reads thoroughly) it required a prescription to sell or use the product. IT DOES NOT! Who do we speak with to have it reinstated?
