porn disguised as fashion listings. I'm looking for a dress, don't need to see nude hooters and butts.

Gets very cold in a small aircraft cockpit... and riding motor bikes in winter.
That's what I call nasty.... and 'hard core'.
For your winter season I suppose you could look at using a wooly sock... a jingle bells or crystal balls theme for fun.
You can buy sox with 3 in a pack now.
But seriously, seek and you will find... but you won't find male undies doing a womens dress search.
So that's way off target, isn't it.
Q: Whats the dirtiest part of your body?
A: Your mind.

Your definition of soft porn is way different than mine. There has to be at least full nudity for it to be considered "soft core porn". Pretty sure ebay doesn't even allow partial nudity.

Not Really. Heres another and I WONT post a picture as I am sure that one would not be allowed. I have reported it dozens of times and its still there.
Refridgerator magnet black fox
Or if I search Womens Dress low cut I get this:
Lady Sexy Low-cut Black Lingerie Gauze Perspective Long Party Costume Dress Set
Lots and lots of key word spamming going on by our Asian "partners". Now I expect to see boobies hanging out with a low cut dress, I do not expect to see see through lingerie.
Oh and the above search? Lots and lots of shoes and socks show up. Are they dresses?
Its so messed up around here.

And on the Black fox search, On your phone it will pull up the way I put it. On a desktop the search term is Refriderator Magnet Fox Tail.
Feel free to report it. Maybe someone can get it gone.

But no male undies show up doing a womens dress search, as per the OP definition.
Messed up... that's for sure... lots of messed up thinking.
Just one other point.
To hold an eBay account you need be an adult... 18?
And responsible parents set filters for their under 18 kids?
And these responsible parents monitor what their kids view on the internet?
Perhaps this whole matter is a question for eBay rep's to answer then?
Who's around lately? Care to summons them to comment?

Heres written policy (such as it is)
What are the restrictions on selling adult items?
Most adult items are subject to some form of restriction or prohibition. Please read our full policy guidelines for complete details, but some to be aware of include:
Clothing (new or used)
The following guidelines apply; please also see our Used Clothing policy page for more information.
Not allowed
So I would think see though lingerie and those aircraft pants fall under not allowed. Or the full shot of a fox tail out of a womans rear...
I dont mind asking a blue to comment but the reply will be "report the listing". So I will ask it this way:
How many times does a listing that clearly violates policy have to be reported before its removed? And secondly, if a listing is removed and the seller puts it back, how many times does it take till that seller gets banned?
(and no, I really dont expect a straight forward answer).

Bought a fishing lure with my eBay bucks.
Next week up pops some fishing lure listings that eBay thinks I may be interested in because of my recent purchase.
Strange part of one of the listings was that the main photo for the listing was a well endowed naked woman, standing on a boat, holding a fish, with the areas(of the woman) that might be considered inapproiate for viewing, covered with a tiny bright spot. It was still highly evident that it was a woman.

One of my recent purchases...

I've seen totally nude people sometimes when looking through the Magazine Back Issues using the Shop By Category pulldown up at the top of these pages. I thought at the time that perhaps those magazines should have been in the Adult category.

There are 2 types of people in the world. Those who enjoy porn and those who admit it.
