Should I upgrade my subscription?

I am wanting to upgrade my subscription.  Right now I'm in the Starter Store subscription.  I want to upgrade to Basic.  I began my subscription in March and did the 1 year pricing.  If I upgrade now, will I be charged penalties for not waiting until the year is up?

Unless you just need more listings I personaly would wait. In most cases you can ask to list more.

No, there will be no penalty if you upgrade now. But the 1-year commitment will restart, so your commitment to the Basic store would be through next June.

You don't have to ask to list more, one can simply list more and pay .30 per listing.

I would see if I had enough to warrant moving up to Basic, first. If I only have to pay for 10-15 listings a month over my starter store, I wouldn't bother.  If I'm thinking I want to really expand, I'd go ahead and move up to Basic - it's a very good value.
