Please help my account has been restricted permanently by ebay How I can remove this restriction.

You can not remove the restriction,  only eBay can do that,  but they won't.

Its time to move on.

When eBay makes the decision to permanently suspend, that's all she wrote.  I assume you were unable to provide receipts for all that brand new expensive electrical stuff you sold.  But, whatever the reason, you will need to find somewhere else to sell.

There's no coming back from  a permanent restriction.  That means forever.  You can no longer sell on eBay.  New sellers who start off selling high priced items are under eBays radar, especially because there is so much stolen merchandise being sold on eBay.  Did you have receipts for all those expensive items you sold?  If not your account won't be re-instated.  Lots of train & port robberies in California only to see that merchandise to appear on eBay for sale.  Ebay is cracking down hard on these types of questionable listings.  Sorry.

I was selling electrical items and I send all the inovices and the money that I paid to supplier's I was importing those items from other countries.

If you are replying with another ID this one will probably be shut down as well.  I really wouldn't attempt to sell anything else given your prior suspension/restriction.
