I want to sue Ebay over a current case. A customer bought 70 items of Customer Return Electronics. Now when you hear customer returns, the first thing to come to mind is that the returns are defective or have issues in some way. But, the buyer bought my lot said it was all broken, when I know it wasn’t I have pictures to prove it. So now I’m going to lose $50 in shipping and have to give back the $815. The disputes team “looked at my case” but only said information pertaining to the buyer. Never once did they ask me anything and honestly I don’t think they know what happened on my end because I had strong evidence to support my case. But, customer support said since the case is “closed” they can’t re-review my case and I have to buy the buyer’s label for a return. Should I sue them? Because they are not being fair towards me the seller at all.

In high value you items ebay will always side with buyer to avoid chargeback.
Seeing ebay will only cost you more time and money.
Only sell on ebay what you can afford to lose.
Legally by selling on ebay you are subject to their terms even if ebay goes against their own terms.
Is a lose lose situation when something goes wrong or not in your favor in appeals.
As a seller I have delisted all my items after a case was sided in my favor for international buyer refusing to pay Uk customs. In the Parcelforce tracking shows time and date delivered.
Ebay appeals did not even look into tracking when the buyer called they reversed the ruling in buyers favor , final appeal stands I lose $988+ and ebay only paid me $847. So not only does the buyer scam thru ebay but also ebay scams me for the selling fees and international fee $150.
Not to mention I used Ebay shipping , usps, dhl international which I paid for $27+.

As easy as it is to lash out at Ebay, just remember the fact that many other online retailers offer returns where a buyer already gets credit as soon as an item is dropped off at UPS store and ends up just being sent to a landfill. This is who Ebay is competing with. You know as a real Ebay seller all the people in line at the UPS Store with half open boxes and they are all returns for one online retailer. You can spot these buyers so easily. Stuff isn't even taped up all the way.
What are you doing to help contribute to Ebay's bottom line? Have you opened a store to sell more items or are you casually selling? I would recommend just keep listing more and more items and things will balance themselves out. Over time you learn which listings create problems.

Tell you what everyone out there ebay Doesn't protect you . I not only got scammed by the competition they were able to leave a bad review to hurt future business . I have been on ebay for 20 years and have not seen it get this horrible . I contacted ebay 9 times about this and all I get is the run around .
Because ebay did not protect me It put me out of business. It reminds me how a thief can go take $900 dollars worth of items from CBS or Walgreens ,and that person doesn't go to jail or get in trouble.
Sellers beware . You all are very vulnerable and will get taken advantage of many many many times .
Get use to it . This last time it happened to me it cost me my entire business
