I was shipping with ebay international which used dhl international USA
to UK .Buyer blatantly stated he would refuse the package and not pay Uk
customs.Ebay sided the case in my favor then reversed.I have tried to
contact many times and tried appeal...
In high value you items ebay will always side with buyer to avoid
chargeback.Seeing ebay will only cost you more time and money.Only sell
on ebay what you can afford to lose.Legally by selling on ebay you are
subject to their terms even if ebay goes ...
Great advice !I now realize I need to adjust to ebay
buyers/selling.Running my own business is not the same as trusting a
