I thought I had ordered a DVD, but it turned out to be a Laser disc. The seller was very, very nice to work with, and the item has since been sent back. Very kind and thoughtful vendor.
Technically it's against policy to leave a negative with positive comments. My dad told me if I get any like that, just leave them for people to read, but what bugs me is that it knocks down a 100% rating and some people won't bother to read it. I do actually have a few nutty buyers who tell me they only buy from 100% positive sellers (and I worry these are the buyers who will leave me a neg if something goes wrong).
Ironically the buyer who was annoyed his package didn't arrive in three days opted to leave no feedback instead of the neutral the forum was suggesting I might get (not that it was reasonable to get a neutral for that when I have 5 days handling, but some buyers aren't reasonable).
