put your computer into incognito mode, and then you will be able to print labels.. in the top right corner of your computer screen, click the 3 little dots, then select new in private window.. once you click that, try to print labels, you should be fine.

NOPE. I don't use eBay's label printing program. There have just been too many problems over time. (This isn't the first time).

I use Pirateship. It is FREE and in some case cheaper (sometimes MUCH cheaper) than eBay.

It's just hard to teach a old dog new tricks.   😉

My labels are down now.  I used Click N Ship last night.  I have no idea what incognito mode is and it sounds dangerous, like I could get stuck with a computer that blinks all the time.  Is this the official fix after many days of issues? 

It seems like it may have been intentional.  The PO does not want us to print labels via eBay anymore because of the discount.  They could be behind this as a means to that end.

The printing labels has been down since early Friday morning.

How in the world are we supposed to send items?

The community has threads about issues starting back on Wednesday.  You can use the USPS website and there are other unreliable work arounds, clearing cache & cookies, using an incognito browser mode, others too...
